Resepi Chocolate Fondant Special Nie macam kat Dominos or Pizzahut..

Resepi Chocolate Fondant..
Melting di dalamnya taw..




Nak tahu!!!

Ingredients:

- 5oz of dark chocolate (at lease 60% cocoa)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 5 tablespoons of butter
-1/2 teaspoon of butter
-1/2 teaspoon of vanila extract (or cinnamon)

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie (or using a microwave). Once the chocolate and butter are melted add the vanila.



    Campurkan coklat dan butter dalam mangkuk. Cairkan atas air yang mendidih. Campurkan vanila sebagai perisa. Kacau2..



  2. Using an egg beater, beat the eggs and sugar until you get an off-white mixture. 



    Pukul telur dan gula sampai putih..lebih mudah boleh guna mesin...


  3. Slowly add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture. Keep stirring constantly or the eggs would cook (as the chocolate is hot). 


    Perlahan-lahan, masukkan campuran coklat tadi ke dalam telur yang telah dipukul tadi..Sentiasa kacau adunan ni sbb coklat masih panas..



  4. Once the eggs and chocolate are mixed, incorporate the flour and stir well. 


    Masukkan tepung dalam campuran telur dan coklat tadi.. kacau lagi hingga sebati..


  5. Coat the ramequins (small ceramic baking dishes) with butter and fill them with the chocolate batter. 


    Sediakan remekin cup, ataupun apa2 bekas seramik kecil for baking..sapukan dengan butter supaya tak lekat bila dah masak nanti..Masukkan adunan tadi ke dalamnya..

  6. Preheat your oven to 400 F degrees and bake the chocolate fondant for 12 minutes. The baking time may change based on your oven. 



    Panaskan oven hingga 400'F degrees..dan bakar Chocolate Fondant selama 12 minit..Tapi masa untuk masak bergantung pada jenis oven juga..
  7. You can serve the fondant within the ramequins or you can carefully flip them on a plate. Let the fondant cool for few minutes before serving. 



    Boleh juga dihidangkan dengan bekas remekin ataupun keluarkan dan hidang atas pinggan dengan hiasan tersendiri..

    Biarkan Chocolate Fondant tu sejuk dulu beberapa minit sebelum dihidangkan..
